4.75" tall w/W&H back paper. Cello hanger displaying inserted card. Ribbon reads "Inauguration Franklin D. Roosevelt March 4, 1933." Pair of brass rings hold colorful 1.25" cello button w/American shield and gold fillagree framing real photo portrait of FDR. Only minor surface wear. NM. A choice example of this rare badge.
