Item Description
9.5x13" partially printed document signed "James Monroe" at bottom right in black dip pen ink. Monroe grants "One Hundred And Fifty Acres" of land in "Missouri: North" to "Thomas Clark" on Feb. 16, 1816. Two horizontal and one vertical creases w/tiny hole at top center junction. Otherwise wear along crease lines and moderate age toning at edges. Signature has minor smearing but remains clearly readable. White seal at bottom left remains intact. Fine. Comes w/Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
