Item Description
Sizes are 1.25-2.5" tall and all are brass except first two in bottom row. Group begins with six, all c. 1938, w/sponsor text as follows: 1) "Silver's Lucky Horseshoe" (smaller of two sizes, likely used by multiple radio sponsors); 2) The May Co.; 3) Supplee ; 4) Merita; 5) Harris-Boyer; 6) Kilpatricks. Next is from 1939 issued for LR's second movie serial (The Lone Ranger Rides Again) and reading "A Republic Picture" w/serial #105. Next reads "Tex-Son Cowhand" and is a rarity, but issuer unknown (no secret compartment on back)  and included because design matches "Lone Ranger Deputy" w/secret compartment on back and w/serial 1789930. Next is a re-design of previous item, also with secret compartment and rare with serial 10481. This rarity was given to kids who organized others as deputies in a Lone Ranger secret club and thus they advanced to rank of Deputy Chief (see Hake's Pop Culture Guide 2008 Lone Ranger #LON-341). Next two are  c. 1950 likely store bought w/foil designs. One has pin but no catch and other has neither pin nor catch. Last from 1956 was part of a member kit issued by various General Mills cereals. First three have some wear but at least Fine. Chief has small tarnish but VF.  Rest display VF to Mint.
