Advertising text above portrait "Ernest Potretzke Manufacturer Of Havana And Domestic Cigars Ada, Minn." Spots of corrosion affecting text at top left and one just affecting Roosevelt hair at top left. Otherwise moderate paint loss around extreme outer edges. VG. Rare.
