2" button w/Bastian Bros. back paper, suspended from ribbon w/Maryland state colors and "Baltimore" hanger. Button has bumpy surface to touch and light oxidation on reverse collet. Ribbon has light fading affecting the gold lettering. VF. Ron Koot Collection.
