Item Description
15x20" w/"The Henry Meninger Co. Pub. NY" at lower left and signed in print by artist Eric "Maunsbach 1915" at lower right. When Bryan served as Sec. of State for Wilson's administration he refused to serve alcohol at state functions on religious grounds and instead served grape juice. Corner creases at lower right and left, scattered small edge tears and moderate handling wear. VG. This depiction of the two Democratic politicians dressed in 17th century attire is more frequently seen as a postcard. This is the first example we've encountered of the poster in our 54 years.
