Item Description
1.5" w/ green enamel accented brass rope frame which has reverse edge surrounding brass disc carrying the name of famed porcelain dial maker in Waltham, MA. There is a T-hinge bar pin. Front is superbly colored with spoke wheel design, large "LAW" initials and text quoted in title. Tiny gold dots accent the wings with a single ruby colored center.
