2" dia all celluloid, except brass suspension ring at top, with a rolled raised celluloid front rim. W&H name on lower front, w/1897 patent date, below League of American Wheelmen logo flanked by wreath. Reverse large text " Good Roads/Indianapolis Is Yours/August 9-13, 1898". Rare and NM.
