2x7" ribbon w/gold luster text and 3" wide bow at top w/stickpin back. Dimensional "waving" flag accents above a 1.25" jugate button that has a concave metal back custom crimped to ribbon in manufacturing. A most unusual construction that we have only encountered on this badge. Only trivial fraying at edges of bow. Exc. Rare.
