9.75" long w/1.75" portrait cello. Reverse has "Baltimore Badge & Novelty Co. Successor to Torsch & Lee" label. Issued to a "Silver Bow" County "Delegate" to the state "Republican Convention" in "1900." Highly ornate w/rope encircling portrait, metallic tassels and gold text. Trivial age and handling. NM. Almost certainly the finest example extant and only the third we've encountered in our 54 years. Ron Koot Collection.
