6x9.5" sheet of unlined paper features pen and ink sketch original art of the titular character from Brant Parker and Johnny Hart's The Wizard Of Id comic strip, drawn by Parker (1920-2007). Parker has hand-lettered humorous inscription note, which reads "To John Taylor, Who Is Making Me Miss My Deadline!" continuing below w/"But I Would've Missed It Anyway" and signing his name in black felt tip pen. Sheet has some scattered handling wear but art remains clean and Exc.
