7x11" card stock folio w/Presidential & "Detroit Board Of Commerce" seals on front. Interior has a mounted 6.25x9" silver gelatin print inscribed in blue fountain pen ink "To The Members Of The Detroit Board Of Commerce June 3, 1910 Wm. H. Taft" in lower margin. Folio has stain in field at lower right and scattered gray toning mostly contained to top right and reverse. VG. Photograph has only light waviness and signature remains bold. VF. Comes w/Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
