Item Description
11.5x16.5" DC Comics artboard features pen and ink original art by Jim Mooney, inked by Ty Templeton for Superboy Vol. 2 #1, published by DC Comics Feb. 1990. This comic series was set in the continuity of the Superboy TV series starring Gerard Christopher. Page 26 features six panels, showing Superboy removing dangerous meteor from Shuster University lab, dumping it into the ocean, which releases electric-like alien. Superboy is seen in costume in every panel. Top margin has inked title and issue/page numbers. Lower right has been signed in black ink by inker Templeton, who adds "'90" date. Back has detailed handwritten story outline, broken down by panel as well as DC copyright stamp. Exc.
