Item Description
1.75", no maker, with concave metal back and fixed bar pin. Text "You Can See This At Bicycle Tree" around photo of cedar w/man and bike at large opening in the trunk. Photo details of man and bike are sparse due to distance of camera. This famous giant had 48' circumference c. 1913 when button was made but it was felled by wind and a flood Dec. 2, 1927. Light age traces on cream background. This is the button photographed for the book, (pg. 141), Button Power by Carter/Hake. One known. Fine. Comes w/Hake's COA.
