Item Description
Impressive 4x9.75x5.5" tall solid plaster depicting full body Pluto, w/his rear in the air and his nose to the ground as if sniffing for something. Pose is especially nice as Pluto's thin tail is partially held aloft (and separate from body). c. 1938. Nicely painted, w/detailed flowers on base, making for wonderful appearance. Incised "W/.13" on edge of base w/underside stamped "Made By Leonardi Ltd. - By Permission Of Walt Disney Mickey Mouse Ltd." A few tiny paint flakes on base and Pluto's shoulder but o/w VF/Exc. Among the rarest and nicest of all vintage Pluto figurines.
