Item Description
13/16" w/Chicago union bug on reverse. Scattered and trivial paint wear. NM. Catchings, an employee of Republic Steel's Thomas Mill, was arrested in 1934 after a bomb was detonated in the backyard of a strike breaker despite seven witnesses that placed him at the Union Hall at the time of the bombing that occurred a mile away. A scarce Southern labor movement button.
