Original art has been framed and matted to 19.5x26.5”. Art is for episode 481, “Demons Of The Deep” which ran May 26, 1940. Scenes deal with Tarzan being captured by soldiers and put aboard Viking-like ship and observing monster fish. Title and United Features Syndicate Inc. copyright info paste-ons in first and second panels. These paste-ons have aged slightly but o/w piece retains an Exc. appearance. Choice example of Hogarth highly detailed art.
