Last panel has 1963 copyright and Walt Kelly signature. Bottom margin has black ink inscription “Best To Jim Whiting – Walt Kelly.” Whiting was a fellow cartoonist. Strip has even aging and a 1/8” spot of moisture stain on third panel, not affecting characters. Few small moisture stains affect margin but are hidden by mat. Image/inscription area is Fine/VF. Typical of Kelly’s practice of saving his original art and giving examples to fellow cartoonists.
