Marvel. Signed on front cover in black felt tip pen by Stan Lee (July 23, 2011). Lee's signature is perfectly placed just to the right of Spider-Man and remains bold, unlike Lee's later signatures. Origin and first appearance of Spider-Man (Peter Parker) as well as the first appearances of Peter Parker's Aunt May and Uncle Ben. Stan Lee story. Jack Kirby cover. Steve Ditko art.
