4" litho w/union bugs on curl at 6 o'clock. US Capitol dome flanked by "1928" below oval portraits of candidates. Two tiny holes on collet at 3 and 9 o'clock for attachment to license plate bracket or radiator. Trivial paint wear. NM. As nice as they come. An ideal centerpiece for a Hoover riker display.
