Item Description
From the same set as lot #782. Card front reads "Marianao B.B.C. J.Calvo-Infielder". Jacinto "Jack" Calvo played in MLB with the Washington Senators over parts of two seasons in 1913 and 1920 with a line of .161/.250/.453 but was a regular in the Cuban League for 14 seasons. He was a member of Almendares, Habana, Orientals, and Marianao from 1913-27, with nine-plus seasons playing for Habana. He was elected to the Cuban Baseball Hall Of Fame in 1948.
