Item Description
Original 5x10" matte finish card stock premium depicting 16 team members in full uniform along w/a batboy and a few civilians dressed in casual attire posed in front of stadium seating and proudly displaying their team's banner. The 1946-47 edition of the Cienfuegos (Cuba) ball club boasted an impressive array of talent. Highlighting the presented image is future National Baseball Hall of Famer, Martin Dihigo (inducted in 1977), manager of the team and seated at far right. Also shown are team members: Pedro Pages, Luis Tiant Sr., Nap Reyes and Alejandro Crespo. Back has printed player identifications along w/ink stamping of distributor/issuer and locations. Scattered handling wear w/some creases, faint trace of moisture staining on margins. Team image remains strong. Fine.
