Item Description
Large 22-3/8x26.25" frame contains mat w/"TV Guide Cover Portrait" text printed at lower left. Mat has 11x14" opening and features print of Angie Dinkinson and Earl Holliman from Policewoman for 1976 TV Guide cover. Portrait is by Richard Amsel, an artist who had a 13-year association w/the publication, during which time he created art for more than 40 covers, starting in 1972. These portraits were sent to TV stations for promotional purposes. Matte has small spots of aging at lower left corner edge, but o/w print is Exc. Great display piece for this groundbreaking female-led TV series.
