Item Description
18x21" frame contains original concept art matted to 13.5x16.5" image area. This piece is a b/w marker and pen drawing of a "Puzzle Path Star Wars Sound Generator" w/programmable sound unit for Kenner's Star Wars line of toys. Drawing shows mini and micro action figures on pads. Signed "TE 9-2-81" (Tim Effler September 2, 1981). Art has lt. handling wear/aging, minor scattered handling creases. Of interest is that this piece must have been resting on another page and a faint ghosted image has transferred of Boba Fett's Helmet and a wrist gauntlet as well as ghosted text for a Boba Fett Wrist Mounted Sound Generator. Art displays VF as framed and ready for display. Tim Effler has been in the creative development business for over 30 years. He spent the early part of his career as a designer at Mattel in Los Angeles and then, as Director of Product Concepts at Hasbro, he contributed to their most successful toy lines including Star Wars, Batman and Jurassic Park.
