Item Description
5.25x5.25x10.25" original illustrated cardboard box contains 10.5" long futuristically-designed painted aluminum gun by Longren Aircraft Company as noted by added sticker on box end. 1948. Box features illustrations of gun as well as how to use. Two main side panels each features full body portraits of Flash Gordon and Dale Arden, each meant to be cut out. Box shows some scattered wear w/creases and edge/corner tip wear. Box has some lt. creasing. Displays Fine. Box is scarce. Cocking mechanism moves up and down but rubber bladder inside has disintegrated and as such, gun no longer produces the strong blast of air it was designed to and trigger doesn't have action. Flash Gordon decal on front of gun has chipped corner taking off last two letters of name. Gun has scattered lt. paint nicks/scratches and displays Fine overall.
