21x27" frame contains matted original art painted/multi-media cover and printed issue for MAD Magazine Issue #9 Quebec, Canada Edition. February 1992. Art by Daniel Shelton, Canadian cover artist for 12 issue run of MAD Magazine Quebec. Art is matted to 12x14.5" with a Valentine's Day theme of Alfred E. Neuman as Cupid and a male construction worker and male police officer walking off arm in arm while gazing lovingly at each other with Cupid's arrows stuck in each man's butt cheek. Beautifully done art in the flavor of the classic magazine. Art displays NM as created and framed.
