Item Description
10.5x15.75" artboard w/pen and ink original art for page 14 of "The Tomb of Dracula" #52, published January, 1977 by Marvel. Art is for "Demons In The Mind!" storyline by Marv Wolfman, featuring pencil art by Gene Colan and inks by Tom Palmer. Page features Dracula in five of seven panels. Sequence of Dracula attacking people in a movie theatre and being confronted by the Golden Angel in bottom panels. Top margin has "Tomb Of Dracula" handwritten title/issue/page number. Signed at top by Wolfman and Colan. Note at bottom "Angel In Gold Skin?" Lt. aging/handling wear. Crease across center from being folded in half. Five pieces of aged masking tape on back as well as Marvel copyright stamp. VF. A great example of Colan/Palmer Dracula and the introduction of the Golden Angel only shown in shadow in previous issue.
