Item Description
19.25x24". By Cincinnati Litho Co. Wonderful design w/draped flags over oval portraits. Vignettes include US Capitol, White House, New York and Indiana State seals. Also two depictions of White House interior in upper corners. Mounted on masonite board long ago. Two tiny holes at very top margin from prior hanging. Otherwise light even age toning. Technically Fine but would display well above grade if framed.
