3.5" w/Wincraft Inc. on curl. Graphic of an eagle labeled "Federal Government" at top w/wings reading "Pres. Carter/Sec. Andrus" and tail feathers "Rep. Seiberling Rep. Mo Udall." Eagle's talons are headed towards a mouse "Alaska" w/fist raised and lit dynamite hidden behind his back, standing on an island "States Rights." Slogan around lower edge "The Last Great Act Of Defiance." Moderate wear from use and a few scattered faint dots of age. VF. Only the second we can recall encountering of this terrific design.
