7-3/8x11.25" blister card contains 4.5" tall action figure of Leonardo as The Wolf Man from popular Universal Monsters/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crossover toyline, ©1993 Playmates. Card has been partially punched but hang tab remains in place. Original store price sticker at top right. Card has lt. scattered wear. Blister has yellowed slightly w/age and remains firmly attached to card w/some denting at top left and bottom center. Card is Fine/VF overall. Figure still glows brightly and is NM as packaged.
