7-3/8x11.25" blister card contains 4.5" tall action figure of Raphael as The Mummy from popular Universal Monsters/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crossover toyline, ©1993 Playmates. Card has been partially punched but hang tab remains in place. Original store price sticker at top right. Card has lt. scattered wear w/some creasing at lower left. Blister remains firmly attached to card and remains free of any cracks/dents. Inner blister tray has yellowed w/age. Card is VF overall. Figure still glows brightly and is NM as packaged.
