Item Description
1.75" with an original but blank back paper showing tiny age traces. On the back, the celluloid along the collet has two tiny and barely seen 1/8" splits, very likely as made. The obverse celluloid is nicely domed but slightly uneven to the touch due to very minor denting. The front surface remains in outstanding high gloss condition with nearly no surface wear even in reflected light. This fabulous multi-color shows her dancing and holding a swirling ribbon w/text "The Girl In Blue". Bottom edge carries her title "The Queen Of All Dancers". Millie was a major vaudeville star, well known for testing the bounds of local decency laws as her famous stage maneuver was to remove and toss her garters into the audience and, upon occasion, forgetting to wear her underwear. VF and Rare.
