7.75x10.25" Series 4/69 Back blister card contains 5" tall action figure of Space Usagi from popular 1991 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles toyline, ©1991 Playmates. Card has been partially punched but hang tab remains in place.
Original store price sticker at upper right. Card has corner crease at lower left. Blister has lifted slightly along top, resulting in some minor surface paper lifting, not distracting. Blister remains attached to card and has some denting to top and to bottom center. Card is Fine overall. Figure is NM as packaged.
