1" w/St. Louis Button Co. back paper. Additional text "Booster For the Better Health And Living Conditions 1928" at center. A few scattered air marks as made. Otherwise only light wear in reflected light. Exc. The group was led by C. W. Rice who established the group to help African American workers find industrial jobs. He favored black independent unions not affiliated w/AFL promoting them through his newspaper Negro Labor News. First we've seen in our 55 years.
