13/16" w/I. L. Imber Co. Chicago" on reverse. Civil Rights Congress was founded in 1946 and disbanded in 1956. Paint flake at 9 o'clock. Otherwise light paint wear. Fine. Only the fourth we've encountered in our 55 years.
