"Free Star Wars Action Figure Survival Kit" offer card. Bottom half of card back has information/images of the action figure accessories in the kit. Card is partially punched, but tab remains in place. AFA-graded 75 EX+/NM. AFA subgrades are as follows - C75 B85 F80.
