6" long featuring a 1" dia. cello in solid brass medallion w/W&H in raised text on reverse. High contrast real photo portrait of FDR, clad in bow tie, set in a beaded frame suspended from an American flag ribbon. Text on backing ribbon reads "Delegation To Roosevelt And Garner Inaugural." Fabric hanger and ribbon have scattered light wear. Extremely Fine. Medallion and cello NM. Remains on original card as issued. We are aware of only one other example of this distinctive badge. A rare opportunity to obtain this superlative quality FDR Inaugural badge.
