Item Description
Lot of three single-sided store signs, each advertising different Libby's food product. ©1936 Famous Artists Syndicate. Pair of 18" long pennant-shaped paper signs, Min (peas) and Uncle Bim (pineapple). Designed to have top margins folded back for use, all remain unused though Min sign has tip off and is Fine. Uncle Bim sign is Exc. Comes w/15-3/8x23.25"single-sided store sign featuring The Gumps characters Andy Gump, Min and Tilda and advertises peaches. Horizontal fold at center but unused. Some rippling at top left and .75" stain at top center margin. Scattered handling wear to Min area. Fine overall. All are rare and these are the first of either pennant signs we have offered in our 55 years and just the second example of the larger sign. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold and comes with LOA.
