8x8x4" deep vinyl w/zippered top and carrying handle. Aladdin Industries Inc. ©1965 NEMS Enterprises Ltd. Front features Beatles portraits and facsimile signatures. Front has .5" line of ink above Beatles portraits and some scattered scuffs. Interior hinge of lid has two very tiny corner splits at left, but bag o/w remains glossy and is free of any notable cracks. VF/Exc.
