Top of box has few color rubs, small tear on one side and along one top edge. Bottom has slight aging, few color rubs. Both display VF. Toy is complete with large plastic whistle and antenna lined with foil. Antenna is not shown in our photo but included. Also included is 8-page instruction manual which has light fold line in center. VF. Toy itself has few scratches to hard plastic body, 1x1" bit of flaking inside of cab window. Toy is missing front part of decal on one side. Battery box lid has one hinge snapped off. We were unable to get toy to work by responding to sounds from the whistle. Overall condition of toy is Fine.
