Item Description
Approx. 3x4-1/8" catalog has 16 pages and advertises Disney books available to order for Spanish libraries and/or bookstores. Printed c. 1935 in Madrid, Spain by Sociedad General de Libreria, cover translates to "Walt Disney Albums" and features great specialty art of Mickey Mouse carrying large stack of books w/Pluto in bkg. Inside front cover has list of published titles and catalog goes on to showcase these titles w/six full color pages and seven bluetone pages. The full color pages spotlight books w/covers similar to those published in the US by David McKay while bluetone pages feature specialty art. Color centerfold shows five books, including titles w/Minnie Mouse, Pluto and Horace Horsecollar. Some pinch creases to spine but o/w VF/Exc. Rare and first we've seen in our 55 years.
