1.25" superbly colored button with rarely seen W&H back paper specifying the address of their "Philadelphia Office/608 Betz Bldg." Wonderful and very early depiction of Atlantic City promo gimmick featuring King Neptune who proclaimed the beach season open and by the 1920s was busy staging beauty contests.
