Item Description
Pair of approx. 4" tall painted composition figures, w/inner wire armatures and wire arms/legs and tails. Totally unmarked but 1930s and these come to us from Spain. Great designs and poses, w/Mickey playing long-necked banjo. Figures are aged and show some scattered wear, w/paint flaked to wire "neck" of banjo. Minnie is missing attached nose, inner wire is visible. Painted wire arms/legs/tails show moderate paint wear w/some oxidation to exposed metal. VG/Fine overall. Rare pair for the Disney collector; first we've seen of either in our 55 years.
