Item Description
Large and impressive 46x63" French Grande poster for the French release of the classic 1977 Sci-Fi film by George Lucas. Poster features iconic illustration by Tom Chantrell, showing the main characters of the film, w/Darth Vader and the Death Star looming over them w/X-Wings and TIE Fighters battle at left. Poster has been folded as issued and shows scattered wear along fold lines and at fold crease intersections. Margins have a few small tears at top/bottom at fold lines. Poster is Fine overall. Certainly among the largest and most impressive foreign release posters for the film that started the Star Wars phenomenon. Charles Lippincott Collection.
