Item Description
Grouping of five 14./8x20-1/8" artboards, featuring pen and ink original art for first five pages of "As Time Roars By" storyline published in Richie Rich And Professor Keenbean #1, published by Harvey Nov. 1987. Art is unsigned and by uncredited Harvey artist. Story deals w/Professor Keenbean's time machine malfunctioning, causing he and Richie Rich to seemingly stand still while everyone else moves at superhuman speeds around them, including two crooks who have arrived to pick up spilled cash. Richie and the Professor are seen throughout the pages as well as appearances by Richie's father and butler Cadbury each appearing in single panel. First artboard has aged state paste-overs for "Richie Rich The Poor Little Rich Boy" title as well as story title stat. These have caused aging to following artboards as stacked over the years. Each artboard has inked title abbreviation, issue number and month of publication at top margin. Scattered margin wear/handling, but art remains clean aside from aforementioned aging. VF overall.
