Item Description
7x14.5x12.25" tall painted jigsawed wood pull toy made in Spain exclusively for the Spanish market (no similar toys were made in any other countries), 1950s. Back wheels control jointed Lady figure and when pulled, moves figure up and down as if she's running. Front of base has small bellows on underside to produce "bark," but this no longer works and metal strap around it is slightly misshapen. Platform base has 1.25" flake on one corner and toy has all over moderate dust soiling/aging w/obvious wear to edges of wooden wheels. Glue repair at neck. Missing pull string. VG. Rare and first we've seen in our 55 years.
