Item Description
Lot of two pieces issued for the 72 card set that featured multiple sports stars including baseball, football, basketball and more. First and foremost is a 4.5x16" glossy paper store sign. Includes images at corners of a batter, boxer, kicker and hockey player. Fold at center. Moderate scattered mostly to margins w/small creases, tears and tip off top two corners. Few small archival tape repairs on blank back. VG. Rare. Comes w/empty cardboard pack that originally contained 18 cards. Features additional sports images on one flap. Moderate aging. VG. This set included cards for baseball HOF members such as Rizzuto, Musial, Berra and DiMaggio.
