25.25x31" frame contains matted original art painted/multi-media cover and printed issue for MAD Magazine Issue #286 German Edition. April 1993. Art by Gregor Mecklenburg, German cover artist for MAD Magazine. Art is matted to 14x17.5" with German Chancellor Helmut Kohl bungee jumping and Alfred E. Neuman about to cut the bungee rope. Headline "Demands: High Risk Sports for Helmut, Gunther, Norbert, Volker, Erich, Theo und...". Beautifully done art in the flavor of the classic magazine. Art displays NM as created and framed.
