©1954 NCP. 13x13.25" Muscle Building Progress Chart has pen records in three lines w/some scribbled out. Three horizontal and one vertical fold. Lt. aging/handling wear. Still displays Fine. Next is 7x13.25" Muscle Building Club Certificate. Vertical fold. Moderate aging/wear. Insect damage at edges and a few small holes. Unused. Good.
