Item Description
7" long fabric piece w/rosette at top and ribbon streamers. Fabric badge w/golden frame in rosette reads "National Governors' Conf. 1968" w/Ohio state seal in center. Streamers read "Gov. Spiro T. Agnew Maryland" w/"Cincinnati" and Ohio" on side streamers. Safety pin backing. Only minor traces of light handling. NM. A unique item made for Spiro Agnew himself to wear at the conference in July 1968, just weeks before his nomination for Vice President of the United States.
